At MATEENS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your selection. Because jewelry is personal and delicate, we maintain a specific policy to ensure the highest quality for all our customers. Please review our policy below:

1. Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your jewelry to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The jewelry must be unworn, show no signs of wear or scratches, and be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: All original packaging, including jewelry boxes, pouches, and certificates of authenticity, must be included.

  • Proof of Purchase: You will need the receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email).

  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, earrings (and other pierced jewelry) cannot be returned once the packaging is opened. Customized or engraved pieces are also final sale and cannot be returned.

3. How to Start a Return

  • Shipment: Once your return is accepted, we will send you specific instructions on how to safely package and ship your jewelry.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your jewelry upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged (e.g., missing stones, broken clasp), or if you receive the wrong piece, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Processing: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the piece you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
