Shipping Policy for MATEENS

At MATEENS, we understand that your jewelry is precious. We are committed to delivering your favorite pieces across Pakistan with the utmost care and reliability. Below are the details of our shipping process and timelines.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Verification: All orders undergo a quality check and careful packaging within 2–3 business days.

  • Schedule: Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays in Pakistan.

  • High Volume: During peak seasons (such as Eid or wedding season), processing may take up to 4 business days. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp if a significant delay occurs.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Within Pakistan)

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your city.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

3. International Shipping

We are proud to share our Pakistani craftsmanship worldwide!

  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon reaching your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, not MATEENS.

  • Tracking: All international jewelry shipments include a tracking number for secure monitoring across borders.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation via email or SMS once your jewelry has been handed over to our courier partner (e.g., Leopards, TCS, or BlueEx). Your tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

MATEENS ensures every piece is packed securely in premium boxes to prevent damage.

  • Reporting: If you receive your package in a tampered or damaged condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence: Please take a photo or video of the damaged packaging before opening it to assist with the claim process.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are 100% accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fees.
